Dialing Aruba

The other type of code is Aruba National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD). It is used only when dialing to a destination within the Aruba. Aruba NDD code is only used as long distance dialing within the Aruba. Do not use Aruba National Direct Dialing prefix when dialing from outside Aruba into Aruba.

For Aruba long distance, you have to dial Aruba National Direct Dialing prefix (or NDD), City/ Area Code, and then the subscriber telephone number respectively as:

+297 (Aruba National Direct Dialing prefix code) + City Area Code + Number you wish to call.

On the other hand, International Dialing Aruba Code or Aruba International Direct Dialing prefix (or IDD) is used when dialing from the Aruba to outside Aruba. Do not use Aruba IDD code when dialing within Aruba for long distance.

On the other hand, when dialing to Aruba from outside Aruba, a Aruba Country Code is used . Aruba Country Code however is not used when dialing within Aruba.
